Welcome to AllaRoses. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (www.allaroses.com) and the purchase of our products. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Order Acceptance
By placing an order on AllaRoses, you agree to purchase the products at the price and terms set at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of taxes (if applicable). Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you.
4. Payment
We accept payment via card. Further details on the available payment methods will be provided during the checkout process.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to almost all of Europe, except for a few countries. The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
- 14-Day Return Policy: You can return items within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original labels attached.
- Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please fill out the refund form on our website and provide necessary documentation (photos and the reason for the return). Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Note: Items cannot be returned by cash on delivery (COD). Please contact us via email at AllaRosesOfficial@gmail.com before initiating the return.
7. Consumer Rights
As an EU consumer, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can return products for a refund. However, this does not apply to certain products, including customized or perishable items.

All content on this website, including product images, text, logos, and branding, is owned by AllaRoses or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
AllaRoses is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
